Scheduling, forms, and payments through Jane App

All patient scheduling, intake forms, clinical documentation, and payment processing are handled exclusively through Jane App (jane.app), a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. Jane App operates under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with North Georgia Wellness Collective.

When you book an appointment, complete intake forms, or make a payment through Jane App, your information is governed by Jane App's privacy policy and security practices, not this website. PHI you provide through Jane App is stored and transmitted within Jane App's secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.

No PHI is stored on this website or on our web hosting infrastructure.

How we use your contact information

If you send us a message through the contact form on this website, we use your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

Cookies and tracking
